Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, managing an average flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces to treat a patient base primarily aged 3–21 with a 30% adult population mix. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Maintain compliance through yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while delivering care to underserved families in a fun, compassionate environment.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)

- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
