Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients aged 3–21 and adults using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients with a team ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus and collaboration. Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training certifications. Part-time Saturday schedule with guaranteed base pay of $100/hour and uncapped earning potential. Requires DDS/DMD from an accredited program and current state licensure.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Willing and available to travel to the following locations: 4722 N Southside Plz, Richmond, VA 23224, 400 Southpark Blvd, Colonial Heights, VA 23834, 3824 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23222
