Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3-21 and up to 30% adult population using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients with support from one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while maintaining a healthy work/life balance through multiple schedule options. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
