Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and digital x-ray equipment. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles, mentor colleagues, and collaborate to meet goals while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This part-time Saturday role offers a guaranteed base pay of $100/hour with uncapped earning potential, no lab fees, and access to multiple locations in Richmond and Colonial Heights, VA.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Willing and available to travel to the following locations: 4722 N Southside Plz, Richmond, VA 23224, 400 Southpark Blvd, Colonial Heights, VA 23834, 3824 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23222
