Job Summary
Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team, primarily serving patients ages 3-21 with up to 30% adults depending on location. The role utilizes DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Team structure includes 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider. Training includes yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management. Benefits include guaranteed base pay for 6 months, company-paid malpractice insurance, CE reimbursements, license/certification/dues reimbursements, and multiple scheduling options. Requirements include a DDS/DMD, a current license (or licensure eligibility), and certifications such as CPR and DEA; Nitrous Oxide certification is required in specified states (LA, MS, DC, TX, MA). Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, etc. certifications as required
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
