Job Summary
Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases, and complete surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate. Work efficiently within the dental office environment with trained clinical staff while upholding compliant, patient-centered oral surgery care standards. Daily compensation ranges from $1,000 to $4,000, structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production. The role offers flexible scheduling of 1-2 days per month, with no lab fees and company-paid malpractice insurance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Demonstrated advanced oral surgery experience as a general dentist - significant hands-on volume performing complex and surgical extractions
- Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentials
