Job Summary
Perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases, and complete surgical and complex extractions across the dentition as clinically appropriate. Work efficiently within the dental office environment supported by trained clinical staff, digital x-ray units, and DentaPro software. Uphold compliant, patient-centered oral surgery care standards while providing care to underserved dental patients. This role offers flexible scheduling of 1-2 days per month with a daily compensation of $1,000-$4,000, structured as the greater of a guaranteed minimum or a percentage of adjusted production. No lab fees are charged, and the company provides malpractice insurance, a 401(k), and yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Demonstrated advanced oral surgery experience as a general dentist - significant hands-on volume performing complex and surgical extractions
- Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentials
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide oral surgery care to underserved dental patients
