Job Summary
Dentist (Oral Surgery) needed on a PRN basis in Salem, MA to perform third molar and complex extractions with supported team and equipment. role includes using DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, dedicated dental assistants, and participation in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Requires DDS/DMD from CODA-accredited program, active license or eligibility, BLS/ACLS/DEA, and demonstrated advanced oral surgery experience with significant volume of complex extractions. Flexible scheduling with 1-2 days per month, company-provided malpractice insurance, 401(k), and commitment to compassionate, patient-centered oral surgery care for underserved patients.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentials
- Significant hands-on oral surgery experience with third molar and complex extractions
- Ability to perform third molar extractions including impacted cases
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide oral surgery care to underserved dental patients
