Job Summary
Dentist (Oral Surgery) on a PRN basis offering 1-2 days per month around an existing practice. Responsibilities include performing third molar and complex surgical extractions, working efficiently with trained staff in a dental office environment, and upholding patient-centered oral surgery care standards. Client provides a team, equipment, and patient flow. Requirements include DDS/DMD from CODA-accredited program, active state licensure or eligibility, substantial hands-on oral surgery experience, and current BLS/ACLS/DEA credentials. Compensation is daily, with a guaranteed minimum or a percentage of production, and benefits include malpractice insurance and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
- Significant hands-on oral surgery experience with third molar and complex surgical extractions
- Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and applicable state credentials
