Job Summary
Diagnose, treat, and advise patients on dental issues by examining medical records, checking teeth and gums with X-rays, and identifying tooth decay. Clean teeth to remove plaque, replace cavities with fillings, and conduct extractions, root canals, and surgeries on diseased tissues. Apply whitening treatments, prescribe medication as needed, and educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and fluoride use to promote preventive oral health. Requires a DDS or DMD degree, in-depth dental hygiene knowledge, and experience with dental equipment. Full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, PTO, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Work experience as a Dentist
- In-depth understanding of dental hygiene
- Experience with dental equipment and tools
- A pleasant and compassionate personality with the ability to make patients feel comfortable
- Attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) or similar degree that gives license to practice the dentist profession
