Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive examinations, treatment planning, composite restorations, crowns, bridges, preventive dentistry, and simple extractions within a busy, high-volume practice. Deliver broad restorative care and family dentistry while developing advanced skills in cosmetic procedures, implants, and oral surgery under mentorship from experienced clinicians. Join a collaborative team of three doctors and 18 staff members serving a loyal patient base with advanced technology including CBCT, intraoral scanners, and 3D printing. Work Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with one Friday per month from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Earn a guaranteed base salary of $200,000 with proven annual earning potential exceeding $300,000.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Wisconsin dental license (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Confidence in restorative dentistry
