General Dentist needed in Syracuse, NY to join a busy multi-doctor practice with 3 GPs, 1 Pedodontist, 1 Orthodontist and 2 Oral Surgeons. The role involves bread-and-butter dentistry with digital workflow (Pan/Ceph, CBCT) and a mix of Medicaid Managed Care patients negotiated at favorable fees. Standard hours are 8-5 or 9-6 with flexible scheduling. Compensation includes a $1,000 per day daily guarantee or 30% of production (higher of the two) plus health insurance, paid holidays, and PTO. On-site team includes 2 assistants per doctor and 3 hygienists; modern facility with high patient demand and a long waitlist.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- licensure to practice dentistry in New York state
- ability to work with Medicaid Managed Care patients
