Job Summary
ASSOCIATE DENTIST OPPORTUNITY in Rutland, VT. Full-time position with a well-established practice, offering strong clinical autonomy within a supportive team. Work alongside one experienced doctor in a 6-operatory setting with robust clinical support (3 assistants, 2 hygienists, 1 front office). Focus on comprehensive, patient-centered care for a broad adult patient base; ~90% adult mix with 30–40 new patients per month. Competitive compensation with base guarantee, 35–37% of collections, monthly production bonuses, sign-on bonus, and a 4-day work week (8am–5pm) with no evenings or weekends. Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
