Job Summary
General Dentist position in Rochester, NY offering full clinical autonomy within a growing dentist-led practice. Responsibilities include restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges), preventive and periodontal maintenance, simple oral surgery/extractions, endodontics and prosthodontics as interest allows, and implant restoration if trained. Emphasis on comprehensive treatment planning, cosmetic dentistry (whitening, aligners), and opportunities to expand into advanced procedures with mentorship. Tech-forward office features digital dentistry tools (intraoral scanners, CBCT) and same-day capabilities; collaborative team environment with mentorship, strong patient experience focus, and potential for sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Schedule typically Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, no weekend hours.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Valid dental license in NY
- Experience or residency in general dentistry preferred
