Job Summary
Associate Dentist – Full-Time at an established private practice in Newington, CT. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of clinical experience, a DDS or DMD with an active CT license, and is proficient in all aspects of general dentistry with a strong preventive-care focus. A patient-first mindset, excellent communication and chairside manner, and a desire for stability, autonomy, and long-term growth within a collaborative team are valued. Practice features include an active patient base (~1,900), digital X-rays, iTero scanner, 3 doctor chairs/2 hygiene chairs, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation includes a strong minimum guarantee with a percentage of collections, generous CE allowance, full benefits, and malpractice insurance. Ideal candidates may have GPR/AEGD training and a drive to contribute to the practice’s continued success.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD with active CT license in good standing
