Job Summary
General Dentist needed in New Bern, NC to join a doctor-led practice with strong clinical support and advanced technology. Provide a full scope of general dentistry with implant placement a plus (CBCT/PAN available). Practice features 8 operatories, support from 2 Hygienists and 2 Dental Assistants, and a patient mix primarily PPO and Fee-for-Service. Expected to see 12–15 patients per day plus hygiene exams; 4-day work week. Competitive compensation with guaranteed daily minimum transitioning to 30–32% of adjusted production, plus comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), PTO/holidays). Requires commitment to high-quality care and building long-term patient relationships in a welcoming community.
Required Qualifications
- General Dentistry license (DDS/DMD) or equivalent as applicable by state law
