General Dentist needed for Martinsburg, WV to join a two-practice group at one location. Opportunity to work with 3 assistants and 1 hygienist across 5 operatories with room to grow. Practice emphasizes 100% fee-for-service payor mix with fees paid at point of service; production-based compensation at 30-35% of production. Benefits include 401K with profit-sharing, 2 weeks paid vacation, dental care, CE allowances, and bonuses. Equipment includes Trios Scanner, Ivoclar emax mill, digital x-ray, dryshield, implant-direct interactive system, extraoral suction, nomad, nitrous, nucalm, rotary endodontic system, microtens, T-scan occlusal analysis, diode laser, and a CBCT coming. Office hours are Monday–Wednesday 8:30–5 and Thursday 9–2.
