Job Summary
General Dentist needed in Hot Springs, AR to join an FQHC dental program. Full-scope dentistry (crowns, fillings, root canals, restorative work) in a brand-new clinic with 6 operatories. Four-day work week (Mon–Thu, 10-hour days) with 12–14 patients/day current volume, potential to grow to 20/day. Work with 1 hygienist (another is being hired) and participate in mobile outreach once per month. Competitive base salary $175K–$185K plus productivity bonus, loan repayment opportunities, full benefits (401(k) with up to 3% match, life insurance). Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Current state dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Arkansas
