Deliver patient care supported by a collaborative team of four general dentists, an orthodontist, and an oral surgeon, utilizing two assistants and three hygienists per doctor. Operate within a fully digital environment featuring advanced technology including digital X-rays, Pan/Ceph, and CBCT. Manage a patient base of 90%+ Medicaid Managed Care with favorable reimbursement rates, offering flexibility to expand into complex cases. Work standard hours of 8:00–5:00 or 9:00–6:00 with a daily guarantee or production-based compensation.
