General Dentist position at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Baldwin, MI. Full-time role with a choice of four- or five-day schedules (Mon–Fri 8:00–4:30 with 30-minute lunch; Mon–Thu 8:00–6:30 with 30-minute lunch; some providers may work 32–36 hours). No evenings or weekends, no Saturdays, and immediate patient scheduling with a waitlist. Provides full-scope general dentistry excluding implant placement and orthodontics, including restorative care, extractions, endodontics, crown/bridge, and removable prosthetics. Clinic features 9 operatories, digital panorex, intraoral cameras, EHR, and rotary endodontic equipment. Goal to have two dental assistants per dentist (currently one), plus one full-time hygienist with recruitment underway for a second. Productivity expected ~1–1.5 patients/hour (adjustable with staffing). Credentialing timelines vary by insurer (1–2 weeks to 4–5 months).
