Job Summary
Principal General Dentist with clinical autonomy in a technology-forward Albuquerque practice; perform general, surgical, and advanced procedures with access to PANO/CBCT, Nomads, WaveOne, diode lasers, implant motors, digital scanning, and 3D printing. Flexible schedule (4–5 days/week) and strong earning potential with base salary plus percentage of collections, plus sign-on and relocation bonuses. Includes mentorship and CE investment, ideal for expanding into implants, IV sedation, and complex extractions in a supportive, non-corporate environment. True autonomy in clinical decision-making and referrals.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Dental license to practice in New Mexico
- Experience as General Dentist with surgical/advanced procedures preferred
