Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop evidence-based, patient-centered treatment plans. Provide general and comprehensive restorative procedures while managing workflow overflow from the preventive hygiene program and attending to emergency walk-ins. Collaborate closely with the practice manager and two experienced restorative dentists who mentor your professional growth, referring patients to specialists where clinically appropriate. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records and documentation. This role offers a stable 4-day week schedule (8:30am – 5:30pm) with competitive earning potential including up to 40% commission. You will work with cutting-edge technology including CEREC CAD/CAM, Cone Beam CT, and implant systems within a community-focused practice in Geelong.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted AHPRA Registration as a Dentist
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical practice experience in Australia
- High clinical and diagnostic standards with a strong ethical foundation
- Current Radiation Licence and Professional Indemnity Insurance (or eligible to obtain)
