Conduct comprehensive family dental care within a fully digital, two-doctor practice featuring seven operatories and iTero intraoral scanning. Manage patient flow with strong front office and clinical support while participating in ongoing mentorship from a CDP peer associate dentist. Complete professional development through monthly continuing education courses and utilize the referral program to expand your skill set. Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hours, a guaranteed base pay structure, and production-based compensation including up to $40,000 in total sign-on and lodging bonuses.
