Job Summary
Perform posterior endodontics, conduct implant placements, manage extractions, and offer orthodontics with Sure Smiles. Provide sleep apnea treatment with mentorship available. Oversee administrative functions and supervise dental staff in a growing privately owned group practice. Practice includes 10 operatories with digital equipment serving 85% adults and 15% children. Monday through Thursday hours from 8 to 5. Base salary ranges from $150k to $190k with 30-35% production-based compensation. Current associate earns $300k annually. Candidates require a DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school, a valid WI license, and DEA registration.
