Job Summary
Full-time General Dentist opportunity in West Phoenix, AZ with Gentle Dental, part of the InterDent family. Supports a predominantly PPO practice with a full team of in-house Board eligible or Certified specialists to assist your specialty needs. Compensation is percentage of production based on experience. Schedule is 3-5 days per week, Monday through Friday. Relocation assistance and state license reimbursement are available for those relocating into the area. Required licenses include a current applicable State Dental License (or ability to acquire one by employment) plus CPR, DEA, and NPI. Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years of experience
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Board eligible or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs
- CPR, DEA, NPI
