Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic imaging coverage and manage a steady flow of restorative and hygiene patients in a supportive, hands-on environment. Work alongside Board eligible specialists for specialty support within a predominantly PPO practice featuring a full team of in-house experts. This role is ideal for new graduates to build clinical confidence and expand skill sets across a wide range of treatments while developing speed and proficiency. Full-time dentists earn between $150,000 and $400,000 based on production with a guaranteed compensation period in the first 60 days. The position offers a 3-day schedule with benefits including 401k, CE credits, and malpractice coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current WA State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
