Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive dental procedures in a full team environment with support from in-house specialists. Deliver exceptional, lifelong oral healthcare services focused on patient care, operational excellence, and predictable treatment outcomes. Manage a predominantly PPO practice while maintaining personal accountability and building strong relationships with patients and colleagues. Schedule includes five days a week with one to two Saturdays monthly. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $400,000 based on production experience, with guaranteed pay for the first 60 days. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, malpractice insurance, and CE credits. Relocation assistance and license reimbursement are available for candidates moving to Kirkland, WA.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current WA State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
