Job Summary
Conduct general dentistry in a predominantly PPO practice with strong patient flow for restorative and hygiene cases. Manage diagnostic abilities while developing speed and proficiency across a wide range of treatments in a supportive, hands-on environment. Work three days a week with full-time expectations, supported by in-house Board eligible specialists for specialty needs. Compensation is percentage-based on experience with a guaranteed amount in the first 60 days, ranging from $150,000 to $400,000. The role is ideal for new graduates to build clinical confidence and expand skill sets within the InterDent family.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current WA State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
