Job Summary
Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients. Perform restorative, preventive, and surgical dental procedures in accordance with established standards of care. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the Federally Qualified Health Center to ensure integrated patient care. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestricted dental license in Ohio
- CPR certification
- 5+ years of experience preferred
- GPR or AEGD preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Polish preferred
