Job Summary
Conduct full-time general dentistry in a predominantly PPO practice with comprehensive office support and in-house specialists. Deliver patient care while maintaining operational and clinical excellence within a team environment that champions work-life balance. Earn percentage-based compensation with a guaranteed base for the first 60 days, targeting a total range of $150,000 to $400,000 annually. Work a schedule of three to four days per week at the Mount Vernon location.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current WA State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of experience preferred, but open to new grads
