Job Summary
Conduct dental services for a pediatric-focused patient base, managing an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily with a team ratio of one hygienist, one assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Deliver care using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces while adhering to state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor mixes. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, recognize team goals, and promote a positive company image. Work exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays with guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k, uncapped earning potential, and a sign-on bonus up to $50k.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
- Must be available for Friday and Saturdays only
