Job Summary
Associate Dentist needed for Friday and Saturday schedule in Phoenix, AZ. Provides dental services to pediatric and adult patients with a collaborative team. Features guaranteed base pay in excess of $200k with uncapped earning potential, sign-on bonus up to $50k, loan repayment assistance, comprehensive benefits (insurance, 401(k), malpractice coverage), CE reimbursements, license/dues reimbursements, and visa/green card sponsorship. Utilizes DentaPro software with digital imaging and advanced dental technology; participates in training and maintains compliance with OSHA/HIPAA. Primary responsibilities include patient care within a team-based practice with a focus on quality, compassion, and community oral health.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an CODA-accredited program
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- CPR, DEA, and other required certifications
