Job Summary
Dentist with significant hands-on endodontic experience sought for a PRN role (1–2 days/month) in a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include performing root canal therapy (including complex and multi-canal cases), utilizing modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology, collaborating with the dental team on treatment planning and case flow, and maintaining accurate documentation in line with clinical and regulatory standards. Must possess DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited program, hold an active license (or be eligible), and maintain BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration. Visa or green card sponsorship available where applicable. Per-diem compensation ranges from $1,000 to $2,700 daily, with typical structure featuring guaranteed minimum or production-based pay. Practice utilizes DentaPro software and advanced imaging (digital x-ray, Panorex) with dedicated assistants and regular OSHA/HIPAA/Emergency Management training. Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
- High-volume endodontic experience managing complex, multi-canal, and retreatment cases
- Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
- Demonstrated experience performing root canal therapy and complex endodontic procedures
- Ability to collaborate with dental teams for treatment planning and case flow
- Commitment to documentation and adherence to clinical and regulatory standards
