Dentist

Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums; treat pulp and tissue conditions; fit dental appliances; and provide preventive care. Review diagnostic test results, notify patients of consultations, and respond to patient care tasks and phone calls. Work with one to two dental assistants, collaborate with other dentists in the office, and maintain dental records. Patients are assigned to individual dentists to ensure continuity of care. Perform a wide variety of in-office procedures including composites, amalgams, dentures, extractions, crowns, bridges, and endodontics.
