Job Summary
Dentist (Endodontics) needed for PRN position in Sumter, SC. Responsibilities include performing root canal therapy, including complex and multi-canal cases; diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues; utilizing modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology; collaborating with the dental team on treatment planning and case flow; maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to clinical/regulatory standards. Requires DDS/DMD with high-volume endodontic experience, active state license (or eligibility), BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration. Visa/Green Card sponsorship available where applicable; includes company-paid malpractice insurance, CE opportunities, and flexible scheduling (1-2 days per month). Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience as a dentist - confident managing complex, multi-canal, and retreatment cases
- Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients
