Job Summary
Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi-canal cases, and diagnose conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues. Utilize modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high-quality care while collaborating with the dental team to support treatment planning and case flow. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards. Daily compensation ranges from $1,000 to $2,700 based on a guaranteed daily minimum or adjusted production percentage. This role offers flexible scheduling of 1-2 days per month, built around your existing practice, with no lab fees. Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience as a dentist - confident managing complex, multi-canal, and retreatment cases
- Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients
