Job Summary
Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi-canal cases, and diagnose conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues. Utilize modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high-quality care while collaborating with dedicated dental assistants trained to support procedures. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards, including yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. This role offers flexible scheduling of 1-2 days per month with daily compensation of $1,000-$2,700, structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production. Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience as a dentist - confident managing complex, multi-canal, and retreatment cases
- Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
