Job Summary
Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi-canal cases, and diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues. Utilize modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high-quality care while collaborating with our dental team to support treatment planning and case flow. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards. This role offers a PRN schedule of 1-2 days per month with daily compensation of $1,000-$2,700, structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production. We provide the dental team, technology, and patients, along with company-paid malpractice insurance, CE opportunities, and visa sponsorship where applicable. Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience as a dentist - confident managing complex, multi-canal, and retreatment cases
- Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
