Job Summary
Dentist (Endodontics) needed on a PRN basis (1-2 days per month) to perform root canal therapy and complex endodontic cases. The role supports endodontic procedures with DentaPro software, digital imaging (x-ray and Panorex), and dedicated dental assistants; work includes diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues, using modern endodontic techniques, collaborating with the dental team on treatment planning and case flow, and maintaining accurate documentation while adhering to clinical/regulatory standards. Open to visa or Green Card sponsorship where applicable. Location is Brookeville, MD with on-site, in-person duties; compensation described as daily guaranteed minimum or production-based pay, and a comprehensive benefits package (malpractice insurance, 401(k), OSHA/HIPAA/Emergency Management training). Must hold DDS/DMD, be actively licensed or eligible, and demonstrate high-volume endodontic proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
- High-volume endodontic experience with complex, multi-canal and retreatment cases
- Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients
