Job Summary
Provide root canal therapy and complex endodontic cases on a PRN basis, leveraging DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex, with dedicated dental assistants. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to OSHA/HIPAA and emergency-management training. Collaborate with the dental team on treatment planning and case flow, delivering high-quality endodontic care while benefiting from flexible scheduling (1-2 days per month), company-paid malpractice coverage, and visa/green-card sponsorship where applicable. Compensation ranges from $1,000 to $2,700 per day, structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or production. Includes ADA C.E.R.P.-recognized CE opportunities, no lab fees, and a 401(k) plan.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
- Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience with complex, multi-canal, and retreatment cases
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients
