Job Summary
Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi-canal cases; diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues; utilize modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high-quality care; collaborate with our dental teams to support treatment planning and case flow; maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards; PRN endodontic role with 1-2 days per month, offering flexible scheduling and access to DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex, trained dental assistants, and regular OSHA/HIPAA/Emergency Management training; compensation structured as daily minimum or percentage of adjusted production; visa and green card sponsorship where applicable; includes company-paid malpractice insurance and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience
- Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients
