Job Summary
Perform root canal therapy and complex endodontic procedures as a PRN dentist. Collaborate with dental teams to plan treatment and manage case flow; maintain documentation and adhere to clinical/regulatory standards. Utilize endodontic techniques and available technology (DentaPro software, digital x-ray/Panorex) with support from dedicated dental assistants. Eligible for visa sponsorship; opportunities include company-paid malpractice coverage and a 401(k). Flexible scheduling: 1-2 days per month, with compensation structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Active dental license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
- Significant hands-on endodontic experience; high-volume endodontic experience with complex, multi-canal cases
- Ability to perform root canal therapy including complex cases
- Demonstrated proficiency in endodontic procedures and patient care
