Job Summary
PRN Endodontist position in Hackensack, NJ. Performs root canal therapy including complex and multi-canal cases, diagnoses and treats conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues, and utilizes modern endodontic techniques with dental technology. Collaborates with dental teams to support treatment planning and case flow; maintains accurate documentation per clinical and regulatory standards. Requires DDS/DMD from CODA-accredited program, active license (or eligibility), and BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration. Practices with DentaPro software, digital x-ray/Panorex, dedicated assistants, and OSHA/HIPAA/Emergency Management training. Flexible PRN scheduling (1-2 days per month) with daily compensation between $1,000 and $2,700, company-paid malpractice insurance, and visa/Green Card sponsorship where applicable. Location: Hackensack, NJ; on-site employment with a local office and affiliated dental team.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience managing complex, multi-canal, and retreatment cases
- Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
- Ability to perform root canal therapy and diagnose/treat conditions affecting tooth pulp and periapical tissues
- Experience with modern endodontic techniques and dental technology
- Commitment to providing endodontic care to underserved patients
