Job Summary
PRN Endodontist opportunity in Gaithersburg, MD for 1-2 days per month focusing on root canal therapy and complex endodontic cases. Requires DDS/DMD from CODA-accredited program, active license (or eligibility), and BLS/CPR with ACLS and DEA registration. Utilize DentaPro software with digital x-ray and Panorex; collaborate with dedicated dental assistants; maintain compliant documentation and adhere to OSHA/HIPAA training. Flexible scheduling, company-paid malpractice insurance, ADA CERP-specific CE opportunities, and visa/Green Card sponsorship where applicable. Compensation structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production, with daily rates of $1,000-$2,700 and 1-2 days per month built around an existing practice.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience as a dentist - confident managing complex, multi-canal, and retreatment cases
- Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients

- Ability to manage multi-canal and retreatment cases
- Active dental license in the practicing state (or eligibility)

- Experience with endodontic procedures using modern techniques and dental technology

- Commitment to OSHA and HIPAA training requirements
- Ability to work PRN 1-2 days per month
