Job Summary
Conduct root canal therapy on anterior, premolar, and molar teeth, including endodontic diagnosis, treatment planning, emergency management, pulpotomies, pulpectomies, and core buildups. Collaborate with specialists for complex retreatments or cases requiring specialty care while maintaining clinical autonomy within the scope of general dentistry permitted by Arizona law. Manage endodontic emergencies and dental pain with a focus on evidence-based dentistry and exceptional patient care. Work alongside general dentists and specialists in a collaborative multi-specialty environment with strong internal referral volume and customizable scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Arizona dental license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
- Current DEA registration, CPR certification, and NPI
- Demonstrated experience and confidence performing endodontic procedures
- Commitment to evidence-based dentistry and exceptional patient care
- Excellent communication and treatment planning skills
- Interest in building an endodontic-focused practice
