Participate in monthly Saturday coverage while maintaining Monday–Friday hours. Enjoy mentorship from experienced clinicians and freedom to select supplies and instruments. The practice offers a permanent daily minimum guarantee and average full-time earnings of $290,000–$350,000+, with up to $50,000 in sign-on bonuses. Dental Dreams, a dentist-owned firm, provides continuing education, malpractice reimbursement, and family dental coverage.
