Job Summary
Lead clinical operations by managing a patient-centric team, conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, and diagnosing dental conditions. Deliver treatment planning options and discuss them with patients while providing high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency. Maintain awareness of the budget and collaborate with the Operations team to attain financial objectives. Mentor and coach new dentists and the entire team of dental professionals. Keep abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development. Network with professional groups and dental associations to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
