Job Summary
Lead clinical operations by conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnosing dental conditions, and delivering high-quality treatments with efficiency. Manage a patient-centric team while adhering to the highest standards of dental ethics and professionalism. Drive financial objectives by maintaining budget awareness and collaborating with the Operations team. Mentor and coach new dentists and dental professionals to ensure excellence across the practice. Represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the greater community through networking with professional groups and dental associations.
Required Qualifications
