Job Summary
Lead clinical operations by managing a patient-centric team, conducting comprehensive full mouth exams, and delivering high-quality clinical treatments with excellence. Diagnose dental conditions, develop treatment plans, and discuss options directly with patients while maintaining strict adherence to dental ethics. Mentor new dentists and coordinate with the Operations team to align clinical delivery with financial objectives and budget constraints. Ensure all patient care standards meet the highest levels of professionalism.
Required Qualifications
