Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive dental care in a predominantly PPO practice with full support from in-house specialists. Manage a strong flow of both restorative and hygiene patients to sharpen diagnostic abilities while developing speed and proficiency across a wide range of treatments. This role is ideal for new graduates eager to build confidence in a supportive, hands-on environment. Earn a percentage of production based on experience, with guaranteed compensation in the first 60 days and a full-time expectation of $150,000 to $400,000. Work three days a week at the Lakewood, WA location, with benefits including 401k, CE credits, and malpractice coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current WA State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
